The Steamship Historical Society of America is holding an Ocean Liner Dinner on May 14, celebrating the elegance and luxury of one of history’s most renowned ocean liners as she celebrates her 80th anniversary.
The RMS QUEEN MARY will be the centerpiece as SSHSA launches its first Ocean Liner Dinner on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at 6pm at the Ship History Center in Warwick, Rhode Island.
In addition to a meal inspired by classic ocean liner cuisine, the event will include both live and silent auctions, and a presentation by the Queen Mary’s Honorary Commodore, Everette Hoard.
Tickets are $150 each or $250 per couple. To reserve a spot, or for more information about available sponsorships, call 401-463-3570 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. More information can also be found on the event at www.sshsa.org/Dinner.pdf
Proceeds from the event will support the SSHSA as we work diligently to expand our physical presence, increase our online offerings, and further develop our educational program with an eye toward engaging school children throughout the country.
