PACIFIC SUN Delayed

March 17: P&O’s 1986-built PACIFIC SUN (ex JUBILEE) departed two days late on her 14-night cruise from Sydney, due to extended technical inspections. However, after developing engine trouble (unrelated to the previous delay), PACIFIC SUN was forced to return to Sydney three days early. According to a statement from P&O Australia, posted on the Cruise Critic message boards, the line says that the engine problem is unrelated to the delay in leaving dry dock.
